Undeliverable Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages
- Responsibility: Once your package has been handed over to USPS, Creation Remedy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@creationremedy.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
