  • Shipping Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders within the United States. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all U.S. territories and military addresses.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Information: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the USPS website.

Undeliverable Packages

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Creation Remedy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it was undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Responsibility: Once your package has been handed over to USPS, Creation Remedy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@creationremedy.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

  • Unforeseen Delays: While we strive to meet our shipping timelines, please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions, postal service disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
